The view from the window was amazing, it was liberating to wake up to such a beautiful sight every day. , the staff was really polite, especially the receptionist who greeted us every time we walked in. The location was perfect, it was near popular spots for sight-seeing and only a short walk to restaurants and cafes.
The room air conditioning was faulty, it hardly worked and it was a real issue on hot days. The showerhead was also quite old and broken, making showering uncomfortable.

The hotel was located conveniently close to public transportation and the wifi was very strong. the lobby had a nice atmosphere and offered coca tea. the room was not as modern as expected and did not have the amenities that were advertised. the breakfast was also basic and disappointing.
The staff was unhelpful and unreliable with providing change, causing unnecessary frustration.

The room had a nice modern aspect with strong Wi-Fi. the staff was friendly and offered a nice tea in the lobby. the location was very convenient, with good access to public transportation and key tourist destinations.
The breakfast was very basic and not very satisfying. we had issues with change upon check-in and when paying for the room.
